You need to set ssl for the mail subdomain (webmail.mydomain.com)

Can not set separate ssl for webmail and cp at this moment. Maybe next update.

Remember, if you add ssl to yourdomain.com and then this ssl will impact to yourdomain.com, www.yourdomain.com, webmail.yourdomain.com and cp.yourdomain.com.
