Title: Ajax Error, apps can not upload image

fresh install os, & fresh install apps
centos 6 64bit, Current Version:   6.5.0.c.2013020703
all webserver, all php : ajax not fully working, can not upload image from apps (drupal7)
"ajax npmethod error occurred attempting process"
is it related kloxo-mr or the only apps ?
