How to setup sll comodo on kloxo

i have a ssl comodo with 4 file, i don't known setup it!
Root CA Certificate - AddTrustExternalCARoot.crt
Intermediate CA Certificate - UTNAddTrustSGCCA.crt
Intermediate CA Certificate - ComodoUTNSGCCA.crt
Intermediate CA Certificate - EssentialSSLCA_2.crt
Your SSL Certificate - domain.com.crt
now, what's i do???

Inform here header (first line of every ssl contents). You need ssl key file (ask or find out to your ssl provider)
