If possible how to add and configure additional hdd for extra storage?

I think you can,
kloxo runs on CentOS, in CentOS you can add another hdd, even a raid one, then you need to mount it in the system.
I made it so, set up the /home on a separate drive, but did it on install and not after the system is installed.

u can just it as home2 and link to home as symbolic  account on home2.

u can't use home2 for kloxo unfortunately.

Another way, u can use it for var/(var has log and mysql).
