I can add mail accounts to client domains but not to the admin account. Apart from that the mail is working fine in and out.

Try change 'mysql root password' via 'mysql password reset' ini panel.

Did mysql password reset and ran sh /script/restart-all but still the same Mustafa.

It seems it is specific to 1 particular email address in the format nn@nnnnn.com which it will not allow me to create. I can create a new mail account with anything else! Any solution would be much appreciated.

I can see why it will not let me create the account. It already exists in the vpopmail database. How can I delete this to then recreate it so that it is available in the panel without messing everything else up please? Thanks.

Fixed by deleting the user in the vpopmail table using phpmyadmin and deleting the user mail folder under the domain in /home/lxadmin/mail/domains/. I was then able to recreate the user as per normal.
