500 Internal Server Error

I am getting Internal Server Error when running the Drupal website. Message given below -

I am using Kloxo-Mr 7, CentOS 6.7 64 bit, 1 Core, 2 GB RAM, 160 GB Hard Drive.
PHP details - Max Execution Time - 3000, Max Input Time  - 120, Memory Limit - 600M, Post Max Size  - 500M, Upload File Max Size - 400M, Max Input Vars - 3000.

So, what is the solution ?

Try 'sh /script/fix-chownchmod' first.

I have increase the RAM to 8GB, also processor and run the command 'sh /script/fix-chownchmod'. But still it is showing this error.

Change 'php type' to 'php-fpm_event'. If still want to use suphp, choose 'suphp_event' instead 'suphp'. If choose 'php-fpm_event', choose 'php54m' instead 'php branch' in 'php used' after install 'multiple php'.

Note: set 'memory limit' to '600M' is too high. Value more then '256M' is crazy.
