recently i had problems to install a positive ssl on kloxo,after 3 hours i could solved it so now i want to share how to do it
1-Go to admin->ssl certificates->add ssl certificate
2-fill the fields and push add button:

3-once its done go to ur cert and copy ur key and put on ur ssl provider and fill the info
4-once its done and you get the email from comodo it will issue 2 files the cert file and cert authority file
5-download and rename yourdomain.ca-bundle to yourdomain.ca
6-copy your private key into a file like yourdoamin.key
7-the go to to admin->ssl certificates,select your cert and delete it (this is for avoid [nname - sslcert] alert)
8-go to admin->domain->yourdomain->ssl certificates->add ssl file or admin->clients->your client->the domain u will install ->ssl certificates->add ssl file
9-upload these 3 files:

*the key file is the one you have created on step 6
then hit add button
10-go to admin->services and restart apache
11-the domain now have the ssl installed

*** I TRIED WITH COMODO POSITIVE SSL WITH APACHE SERVER

Copy and paste key, crt and cert.
