log files size increase

if i see my log files folder its creating more files with more sizes how can i delete and add auto delete it

Delete manually or use cronjob to delete periodically (let say per-week).

all files inside logs folder including access.log it wont create any problem

Try 'rm -f /var/log/*/*.gz' and then if it's work (all .gz deleted) you can add this command in cronjob.
