I got this error on ssh for no reason:

It looks like the solution is to ssh  'rm /var/lib/rpm/__db*'

the files are recreated again , why is that ?

rm: remove regular file `/var/lib/rpm/__db.001'? y
rm: remove regular file `/var/lib/rpm/__db.002'? y
rm: remove regular file `/var/lib/rpm/__db.003'? y
rm: remove regular file `/var/lib/rpm/__db.004'? y

I think mysql already no longer use Berkeley DB. You can disable with 'skip-bdb' inside '/etc/my.cnf'
