but why hiawatha not work 500 , 503

@ibuxxi, i dont' know why Hiawatha throws 500 etc, but the issue you have with Apache could be related to the issue i had today:

As to your original issue, you can do couple of quick test:
1: On one of your your WP sites, create a simple HTML file in the docroot. e.g womojunkie.com/mytest.html and see if that works.
This way you know if it's the web server or just the PHP part that isn't working. 
I suspect it's PHP-FPM issue which i had with a fresh install of Kloxo-MR today. Check what you see on the pic Just a tip.
