I got this error 'mailaccount_add_failed'when I try to add new email and no user from my clients can login their webmail, I need urgent help please. Inform here '/home/vpopmail/bin/vdominfo'.
I found this issue when mysql/mariadb using innodb as storage-engine. Update Kloxo-MR 7.0 to latest update and then run 'sh /script/mysql-convert --engine=myisam'. You can change engine from phpmyadmin also.

The problem is vdominfo must be execute with 'vdominfo' instead 'sh vdominfo'.
Try 'chmod -R 755 /home/vpopmail/bin/*'.

Very frustrating.. I downgrade right now to 6.5 version using 'yum replace kloxomr7 --replace-with=kloxomr; sh /script/upcp -y' and I will try your solution 'chmod -R 755 /home/vpopmail/bin/*'because 7.0 fully fail even if I switched to apache server .

I'm in a desperate situation right now, all my clients keep sending emails because their website are down. All I did is what you adviced to do which is to use kloxo-mr 7 version and use this 'sh /script/mysql-convert --engine=myisam'. Even if I downgrade it back to 6.5 version no website loads, nginx proxy was before all this and i got this error with it :

I think something wrong with your server. I didn't found any issue for install many servers with KLoxo-MR 7.0 yesterday.

Do you have skype please, 6.5 was fully working(only email was failing, I use this VPS only for kloxo-mr, I never touched anything else) only after I updated to last 6.5 version email failed and after 7.0 and 'sh /script/mysql-convert --engine=myisam' no website is loading. Now I'm back to 6.5 but still no website loads. I'm sure you know how to fix that in 2 minutes via Team Viewer , please.

I got this when try to start apache:
# service httpd start

From panel, change web, webcache, dns and spam to 'none' and then change back to previous. Webcache still 'none'.
Also change php-type to 'suphp_event' and then change back to 'php-fpm_event'.
From 'admin >servers > localhost > php configure' and then click update. Also in admin and every clients.
Inform here 'yum list httpd*' before above action.

There is no 'none' option. I tried all other advices with no result:

There is no 'none' option under web.. ( I have 6.5 kloxo-mr version).

Only in Kloxo-MR 7.0.
Some update from IUS repo may make trouble in Kloxo-MR 6.5 especially in install process.

Yes.
I just installed new Kloxo-MR 6.5 on a fresh VPS to restore back and added one single test site - with default apache nothing loads - then switch it to nginxproxy and website loads this:

What is going on.. only problems. I think last 6.5 have serious problems either with CentOS last updates or something else. This cant be possible with fresh install.

May something trouble if downgrade from 6.5 to 7.0 because many different component between them.
So, better back to 7.0 and then follow above step (like switch to 'none').

Dear Mustafan, please note that atleast the last 6.5 'stable' version ( if not 7.0 beta version too.. ) have serious problems with apache and nginxproxy - . As I stated before I installed kloxo-mr on fresh VPS and a test website won't load at all with apache, gives Hiawatha error with nginxproxy, and works with nginx alone. I will upgrade to 7.0 on this test FRESH VPS. If this fail too ....speachless...

If found error in 7.0, use old trick (like select 'none' and select back to previous or other) for 'switch programs', 'php type' and 'php branch'

Did you try switch web, dns and spam to 'none' and then switch back to original. Also, change to 'suphp_event' and change back to 'php-fpm_event' for 'php type' in 'webserver configure'?.
Did you add domain?.

On new VPS everything works with kloxo-mr 7.0 only webmail.domain.com fail to load even if CDN is set properly, but I rather fix the initial VPS..
I tried all that on my intiail VPS but the httpd 'state' icon is permantely red color and the httpd restart give the same error and websites won't load.

All domains are there from the begin. work now but intial topic problem still there.
NOW another problem with new test VPS, I can create emails but I cannot login with any of it, always login error , also roundcube database errror. I have lost 8 hours sinces this topic incredible and still not solved

Didn't work. Can you help me to make the email available and actually work ? Right now all webmail list fail = After Logic error login, Roundcube database error. Really sad all this to happen o fresh VPS ..

I was testing afterlogic and roundcube after update their rpm. No issue (especially if no roundcubemail and afterlogic database) after running 'sh /script/fixmail-all'.

If you found '(98)Address already' error, usually running 'pkill -9 httpd; sh /script/restart-web' or reboot will be fix this issue. It's httpd problem.
