No problem with 'green'. Bold better than thin if only text as logo. Image if above position not center bold more left or right and maybe smaller.

anyway, i looked again on photoshop but can't make the text even bolder.
i posted the psd file. can you edit it furthermore..

sans serif has its own limitation on bold. its the boldest style i have used. further boldest can be done by stroke and faux bold, but it will entirely break the word and don't looks good. so now you can play with it.

Can you give vector format (instead bitmap) like .cdr, .ai, .ps.

Corel-Photo-Paint (also CorelDraw) not able convert of .psd layer.
