Title: [FIXED] Critical bug in Kloxo-MR

When user is deleted from Kloxo-MR files inside /etc/php-fpm.d remains causing php-fpm fail to start and all PHP pages are down !

Already fix on Kloxo-MR 6.5.0.c.2013021502 upload

This issue appear because call 'this->createPhpFpm()' not work when add/delete domain (certainly create/delete client). So, change to call 'sh /script/fixphpfpm'.

I'm still on: 6.5.0.c.2013020703 - because I don't know how to fix qmail ;)
