Title: simplicity 'ticket' link

Mustafa, on top links, 'ticket' should go to custom 'help desk' url set in admin->general settings.

I use custom help/ticket system, and have this url set in panel, help desk icon sends to custom url, new ticket link at top sends to KloxoMR ticket/helpdesk.  Please check for custom url and if exist,  send to that url.

Under admin->general settings, you can set url for helpdesk.  I do not use KloxoMR ticket system.  I have this set to my ticket system.
