Title: remove a server from DB
Post by: fossxplorer on 2016-12-04, 15:10:18
hi,
i have a problem after testing an additional server that was removed, but not form Kloxo admin.
Now one of the test client's DB points to that test server IP and i can't create MySQL DB for that client.

How do i force deletion of that test server from Kloxo admin? I can't delete it from Servers :(

Yes, use 'force delete' for server.

Ok, that worked.
But for the client that was set to use the deleted server:
Alert: There are no Database administrator entries configured for this particular server. You have to go to the server section for this server, and click on the Dbadmin link, and add the database admin user and password for this particular machine and the type of database.

How do i deleted the "fake" entries of databases for that client and create new DB?

No.

Please look at the error: https://my.owndrive.com/index.php/s/0aOrxHWMWMkaPGT

The database server listed there is the IP of the deleted server. So this client can't remove or add new DB anymore.

How to fix it?

Look like you manual remove from kloxo database using phpmyadmin.
