Redirect loop with SEF/permalinks

After update from 14.01, one of the websites has problems with Redirect loop with SEF/permalinks.
It used to work fine, now i get his webpage has a redirect loop  and the apache log:

One of the problem URL is example.com/kjøretøy, while others without special chars work, e.g example.com/elektronikk,

Any idea why such a new issue arises?

Now i switched to Apache only, and it works. So clearly it was Hiawatha proxy (config?) causing the trouble.
@Mustafa, any idea?


EDIT: i tried to use Nginx proxy, it's the same. I'm using Osclass and it's creating some SEF/Permalinks in .htaccess.
Everything worked fine before the update on 14.01.2015.
