WHMCS module broken - __error_machine_does_not_exist_in_db

Trying to provision a hosting client i got an error from WHMCS got  '__error_machine_does_not_exist_in_db'  and /usr/local/lxlabs/kloxo/log/web_command shows:

Better ask to WHMCS rather than here (or LxCenter forum) because it's WHMCS issue rather than Kloxo-MR issue.

I got this frrom Whmcs support:

This is not an error message we've ever had reported before, and the Kloxo documentation doesn't seem to list this error message, so I'm afraid I would not be able to advise.
I can only suggest contacting Kloxo support for them to advise what this error from their API means.

Should they advise that configuration changes are necessary inside WHMCS, please don't hesitate to get back in contact.

This error appear if Kloxo/Kloxo-MR think server not as 'localhost' and they didn't found this server.
