Ok. I forgot to add that last night i tried to downgrade Qmail-toaster.
Should i upgrade it back? Do i also need to add an 'A' record for hostname withoutout the domain part?

Hmm, my __base__  A record is different than the Kloxo-MR's shared IP.
Is that creating a problem now maybe?
Is __base__ used with mail, e.g mail.__base__ = mail.<IP a different server> ?
My point is 'mail.example.com' has an A record with IP1,
But  'mail' has an A record with IP2.

It has not been a problem until now

@Mustafa, i was able to send mail from another domain in Kloxo to Hotmail.
Maybe problem with my main domain which is run by Kloxo.

Did you enable DMARC?. With DMARC, recipient will be report to you related to email from your domain.

Yes, i do use DMARC, but what's strange is i haven't got any feedback last few months actually.

But it seems i've found the issue, after finding out that i could send mails using other domains in Kloxo.
Problem was in /var/qmail/control/outgoingips where this domain was listed with wrong IP, i.e it used the A record IP from the DNS, which i asked you about

No problem if IP for A record not the same as MX record. If using remote/outside MX record. Need add 'A record' for MX.

Ok.
I have the following now:
   __base__    MX   10   mail.example.com
              mail     A   -   xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx


But this is obviously not enough since it was cauing trouble.
What more do i need?
