PHP-FPM custom config

Where do i customize the PHP-FPM's config such as max exex time etc ?
Changing inside /opt/php55m/custom/php55m.ini doesn't help!

In 'advanced php configure' (under server and each client/admin).

I need to customize php-fpm file for open_basedir to add /dev/urandom.
Where can i do it without being reset by /scripts/fix* scripts?

copy /opt/configs/php-fpm/php53-fpm-pool.conf.tpl to custom.php53-fpm-pool.conf.tpl and then modified this custom file. After that, run 'sh /script/fixphp; sh /script/restart-web -y'.
