In new simplicity skin there is no notification from the panel as to whether an event was successful or not.

in the upper left corner have a div z-index above all else, position absolute, top 10, left 10.  When ever you do an action display a message in this div set a timer, 5 seconds, hide the div.

It would be different, and look professional.

Just a suggestion.  It is nice to know the status of an action. ;)

Yes, yes, yes +1 from me ! Very useful feature that's missing now.
