How to resolve this ? How to enable php errors ?

Depend on your Kloxo-MR 6.5.1.b. If using latest upload (2014040801+), you can set config per-server and per-client (go to 'php configure').

In 2014041001, you can install/reinstall php of 'multiple php' and use of them as alternative 'standard' php (aka php-branch) on the fly (without fix-web/fix-php). But, for the first time, need running 'upcp' (without '-y' or others param) to make sure php53s and phpXYm ready to use.
