Finally Mustafa you added HTML support for ticketing system and we've got proper UTF-8 characters :)

Now please add the same to messages !

I have a big trouble in internet connection from my provider. Very slow and I have a problem for submit latest 6.5.1.b.

Internet seems to be very poor in Indonesia. Maybe you should consider LTE access ;)
