Yes, already fixed in latest upload. It's because 'check_vhost_docroot=true' in /etc/suphp.conf and need back to 'false'.

On some users it shows Internal Server Error 500 on some 403 Forbidden.

Error 500 related to not match for permissions/ownership. Error 403 possible user not declare in defaults.conf (or missing index.html or index.php).

User is declared in init.conf, permissions are fine and still error 403, even if index.html is present ;(

No issue. See http://62.210.181.21/~admin to know index.php and index.html under secondary php.
