It should be /bin/rpm instead of /usr/bin/rpm

Kloxo-MR no execute '/bin/rpm' or '/usr/bin/rpm' but directly 'rpm'. Example, 'rpm -q *yum*|grep @' to know running under Centos 5 or 6.
