/script/fixweb for slave works fine on Kloxo-MR: 6.5.1.b-2014031701

Restored some old version, copied database from production server then runned /script/fixweb for slave:

/script/sysinfo

   6. Nginx: nginx-1.5.12-1.el6.x86_64
   7. Cache: --uninstalled--
   8. Dns: bind-9.9.5-1.el6.x86_64
   9. Qmail: qmail-toaster-1.03-1.3.38.mr.el6.x86_64
      - with: courier-imap-toaster-4.1.2-1.3.16.mr.el6.x86_64

D. Php-type (for Httpd/proxy):

Fixing Web server config
- 'defaults' and 'php-fpm' at 'backup.xxx.pl'
- 'test7.internet.xxx.pl' ('admin3') at 'backup.xxx.pl'

So why it doesn't work on the latest version ?

Also old version does not display this when logging to customer panel on slave:

Alert: Requires update the php.ini file to make sure that the Web site will have the ability to process php files. Click [here] to set it up. Similarly, the server 'slave'

Please help - I need to move servers in about two weeks and it will be a nightmare without this function working !
