rpm after each domain settings update

This is horrible. I would like to disable static files and microcache for my 25 domains so I clicked Update all and it goes:

rpm -qa ..... (tons of php versions)
firstdomain.com
rpm -qa ..... (tons of php versions)
seconddomain.com
rpm -qa ..... (tons of php versions)

That makes simple commands take a long long time !

The good news is this crazy timeout (30 seconds) has been finally solved.

It also happens when adding letsencypt - something must be executing this related to web.

Why do we have to check it all the time ? Is there any way to cache these results. It's really slow to execute on 8-core Atom processor.
