Because intodns.com supports only IPv4 while dnsinspect.com supports IPv6 too ;)

The problem is, http://dnsinspect.com/mratwork.com is not work but http://intodns.com/mratwork.com is running well.

Using http://dnsinspect.com/mratwork.com only work if your domain report already exists.

yup, MRatWork is right, dnsinspect only work if your domain report already exists.
I tried to check my domain with link and got an error
