php-pgsql for php53.28 is not available!

I've installed postgresql 9.3 and phpPgAdmin. but when I browse the phpPgAdmin, I receive this error:
 "Your PHP installation does not support PostgreSQL. You need to recompile PHP using the --with-pgsql configure option."

I found out, this happens because php-pgsql is not installed, so when I try to install php-pgsql by this command: "yum install php-pgsql", the available php-pgsql is for php 5.3.27
therefore it's not possible to install it.
What should I do?

For default, php is php53u. So, use 'yum install php53u-pgsql.

To know your php version/branch, go to 'webserver configures' or 'yum list installed php*'.

After I installed php53u-pgsql, I restarted the web server and it worked. also the php version has been updated to 5.3.29.
