There is something seriously wrong with php-fpm configuration with last few updates.  You said that it was security related, but I can't even run a standard joomla 2.5 site without 500 internal errors.

Simply changing to suphp_event solves this.  Instantly joonla site works.

Using Hiawatha proxy, this is a MESS! !!!!

I'm not using php from ius repo but remi - it only works stable.

Latest KloxoMR 6.5.1 has php-fpm problems, they are compounding with each up date (more and more problems).  I use Apache, no proxy.  Running fixtraffic causes watchdog to reset Apache.  Watchdog doesn't restart php-fpm so 500 internal server errors.

Any php-fpm error, no log, no nothing, 500 internal server error.  HOW DO I KNOW IT IS PHP-FPM?  I switched all my main servers to suphp_event, now they are all working perfectly.

Mustafa, you have added or changed something in php-fpm that is causing all this!

AND it is not a permission or ownership problem, suphp runs perfect! (just slightly slower).  I want to run php-fpm, but there is a serious problem!

Why he is forcing us to use /opt/php53s/php.d instead of /etc/php.d ?
