Title: Perl/CGI-scripts stopped working after latest updates (part 2)

Just tested on a clean install.

Only pure .pl script work. CGI does not.

Different with previous, current update using dirindex from kloxo database.

So how to fix it now ? There are too many bugs in these latest updates...
