Title: Messages sent via Kloxo should pop up

All users should see such messages when they login to Kloxo.

It really makes me mad when customers don't read what we have to say and they don't like e-mails to be spamming their mailboxes.

I old Kloxo there was something like 1 unread messages on the bottom, now it's gone and nobody is going into Messages icon ! So we should just throw a pop-up !
