Most issue related to stats.domain.com' in 'SAN'. Remove it and try again.

It seems I was testing on non-existing domain and it couldn't confirm acme-challange.

I will retest using working domain.

Correct - can we remove stats from the default SAN list:

stats.panelu.pl:Verify error:DNS problem: NXDOMAIN looking up A for stats.panelu.pl

It's because stats already directory protected.

Users doesn't know that so we will always have to instruct them how it works. Just remove stats line from SAN and it will be working.

Are you using nginx and awstats?.
