Last change to -Indexes in completely wrong !

Now customers even when they put +Indexes in their .htaccess file are unable to see their files !

So, try remove '-Indexes' in custom.defaults.conf.tpl and custom.domains.conf.tpl.

Different with other webserver, apache will be listing directory content if no exists index.html/index.php.

It should +Indexes - if there will be no index.php or index.html a 403 Error will be shown.

When customer adds Option +Indexes in his .htaccess files then directory listing appear.
