Title: Kloxo adds key + cert to .pem

It should be cert + CA cert in .pem or it won't be chained.

No. Hiawatha only need 1 ssl file (doesn't matter this file as merge for key and crt or key, crt and ca.

Doesn't matter other webserver using the same .pem file where content of key and crt and ca (if exists).
