Also when clicking Change ownership it's being shown as Change permissions.

Sadly I didn't found this issue in server, admin/client and domain level.

Try reinstall Kloxo-MR with 'yum reinstall kloxomr7 -y'.

Amazing - it works in fpm mode but does not work in cgi mode !
