Did you check with ping and tracert for stats.domain.com?.

What's about 'A record' for 'stats' di dns setting?.

Didn't work ;)

I've added A records with:
sh /script/fixdnsaddstatsrecord

Now it seems to be pinging and works again.

It's weird because I've already did that command in the past. Should it be runned after each cleanup ?

Try add 'A record' for 'stats' for your old 'dns template'.
