Increasing https connection timeout for Kloxo-MR

By default, tmpfs is 1/2 RAM.

It happens on all longer commands in panel.

Now also clicking some icons inside panel shows: Internal Server Error 500

It happens only when using php-fpm for panel. On php-cgi it's fine.

Just tried to update php config for all my domains. After just 4 an error is showing - unable to establish secure connection. What's wrong
