Title: How to properly configure pdns-recusor

It worked well now it's not working. Seems like many changes related to recursor in new PDNS config:

I was able to get latest pdns-server to get working with older version of recursor, but IPv6 wasn't working.

Try investigate '/etc/pdns/pdns.conf' (from Kloxo-MR) and '/etc/pdns/pdns.conf.new'

I did and recursor started working but without IPv6.
