Disc I/O More Usage

sir I am using Dedicated Server but Disc I/O is more . Attached Screenshot with this. Please Check and revert. Using Kloxo 6.5 MR

Use 'iotop' (install with 'yum install iotop -y') to know about i/o usage.

I know that but server monitoring showing i/O usage above 98%.  How can i reduce that.

Find out what's application make high i/o usage. Mostly mysql.

Look like high usage for mysql. Investigate to your application (example: wordpress). Try application without plugins and then add one-by-one until found what plugins make high mysql usage.
