Add PHP 7.1

1. Update Kloxo-MR and mratwork-release with 'yum clean all; yum update -y'
2. Modified 'enable=0' to 'enable=1' in /etc/yum.repos.d/mratwork.repo for '[mratwork-ius-testing] and '[mratwork-webtatic-testing]' -> because php 7.1 still in 'testing' step
3. Re-update with  'yum clean all; yum update -y'
4. Fix list with 'sh /script/fix-service-list'
5. Install php71m with 'sh /script/phpm-installer php71m'
6. Fix and restart with 'sh /script/fixphp; sh /script/restart-php-fpm'

It does work but there is a bug in /etc/suphp.conf:
