I know what's a problem is but to fix is differrent 'story'. Need more times to fix 'all' issue related to slave.
Maybe you can just analazye the code and compare it with the old version of Kloxo from March.
Also please check why master is forcing to use the same programs on slave (ex. nginxproxy, powerdns and spamassassin)
