Title: Blank page after submitting Help desk ticket from client side

From admin side it works fine, from client side - blank page :/

I just tested on two installations and could not reproduce the error

Does /usr/local/lxlabs/kloxo/log/bdatabase tell you anything?

Tested on: Kloxo-MR 6.5.1.a-2014020301
