Add an option to disable on increase connection limit for nginx

I need to disable it manually after each Kloxo update. 25 connections per IP and 250 per whole server is not enough to handle my load.

Copy all php-fpm*.conf to custom.php-fpm*.conf and proxy*.conf to custom.proxy*.conf in /opt/configs/nginx/conf/globals and then modified 'limit_conn conn_limit_per_ip' at this custom files.
