Title: 7.0.0.b can not login ftp

when create new ftp user cannot login

Set passive mode in ftp client.

Try create user or reset password of ftp user.

If I am not wrong maximum ssh and ftp is 63 chars.

I found this issue when using remote-ftp for backup. Data always send to remote server but after finish and then deleted (don't from sender or receiver).
