502 Bad Gateway while removing customers

Apache throws something like this and cannot start:

(2)No such file or directory: httpd.event: could not open error log file /home/httpd/pecet.v1p.pl/stats/pecet.v1p.pl-error_log.

You must stop /script/restart-web during removal of customers !

Also Kloxo-MR throws such error when removing is too long:

Notice : The resource you have requested doesn't exist. The server returned the error message:
Missing part monia_mal in client:admin client_l

Possible appear in server with huge domains/clients because time before restart is shorter than time to delete process.

Yes. That was a client with lots of domains. We need to rename /script/restart-web until such removing is complete...
