Why ? Happens both in FPM and CGI mode.

Try update phpmyadmin with 'sh /script/update-phpmyadmin'

I already got the latest version 4.4.15.10

Maybe database corrupt in certain tables. Try 'sh /script/mysql-optimize --select=repair'.
