Example of message to customer:

<pre>Some message</pre>

UTF-8 doesn't work, HTML doesn't work, polish special character doesn't work, formatting doesn't work. It looks ugly !

Didn't found this issue when sending ticket (from helpdesk) from admin to tester.

Didn't found this issue when sending ticket (from helpdesk) from admin to tester.

Not ticket but message ! Ticket works fine.

Go to Client list -> select one or many clients -> click Message and make sure Send Mail is checked.

Still no HTML or UTF-8 encoding in these e-mails.

Also Message from should be removed. It's really annoying and not translated as well.

Mustafa please do the same for welcome message - when you create account and customer gets his login data.

On desktop click Notification in Advanced settings group then edit the welcome message and try to create new customer. This welcome message must be also in HTML and UTF-8 !
