[REQUEST] directory changes

Since you are changing directory structure in KloxoMR 7.0 there are some changes that are much needed.

1.  Backups should be stored in /home/{user}/backups

A client should be able to FTP his backups.  To stop backing up backups, just skip ALL '/home/{user}/backup' directory when tar.gz the backups.  This should not be very hard to do.  This also makes disk quota include backup space.

2.  Php Sessions should be stored in /home/{client}/php-session
There is a security risk in having one directory for all php sessions.  You're advanced php-setting does not work.  I proposed an easy solution here:  http://forum.mratwork.com/kloxo-mr-development/php-session-per-user-home-directory/msg35677/#msg35677

These are needed changes.  Thank you for considering.

I think you need to start making all user related files/directories in the user/client home directory.  This makes it much easier to follow a client's files, etc.

New 'directory structure' will be implementing immediately if I can implementing 'backward compatibility' backup files (that mean backup still compatible with 'old' Kloxo/Kloxo-MR.

I have an idea about it but it's not easy.
