[CRITICAL] Telneting port 7778 causes "Connection has been reset" for panel

I just found a critical bug !

If you telnet port 7778 then presssing CTRL+C to stop connection - it's will cause whole Kloxo-MR panel to go down with "Connection has been reset" message.

Happens both on IPv4 and IPv6 !!!

In my putty, break telnet with CTRL+] (escape character) instead CTRL+C. No issue both 127.0.0.1 and public IP when break with CTRL+].

You must do it on Windows (I've tested on Windows 7). Show me your Kloxo address I'll stop it in a second ;)
