Courier-IMAP/Qmail-toaster needs update for IPv6

Only mail doesn't work - the rest works fine even MariaDB is visible via IPv6

We need such patch: http://opensource.sf-tec.de/Qsmtp/

Qmail will detecting "A record' for __base__ and then insert to outgoingips file with format 'domain:IP' via 'sh /script/fix-outgoingips'.

I will add 'AAA record' for __base__ if 'A record' not exists.
